Academic qualification
– Bachelor of Laws, University of Aleppo 2001
– A qualification and training certificate from the Syrian Judicial Institute (Master in Judicial Sciences).

Work experiences:
– Practiced the legal profession in the Aleppo branch for a period of three years.
– I was appointed as a judge from the Judicial Institute of the Syrian Ministry of Justice.
– I graduated from the Judicial Institute after completing an internal judicial course within the Judicial Institute in the Syrian Ministry of Justice for a period of time.
Two years of theory and practice.
– I was appointed as a judge in the Afrin region.
– Then I was appointed head of the Zerba Court of Aleppo, and I remained there until the date of the defected from the Bashar al-Assad regime on 17/6/1912
– I was the first judge to defect from the criminal Assad regime.
– I worked on forming the core of the Free Syrian Judicial Council on 9-9-2012
– Issued an arrest warrant for the absence of Bashar al-Assad and more than a thousand criminal figures in the media

– I worked on documenting the criminal air forces with the regime in cooperation with defected Air Force officers

– On 15-12-2012 I co-founded the Free National Gathering for Workers in Syrian State Institutions, which was held in
Jordan, at the invitation of D.Riad Hijab, and on 15/3/2014 Was elected as a member of the assembly’s executive office and commissioned The Office of Communication with the Syrian Interior
– I worked on developing a study on judicial corruption, its causes and proposed solutions to build an independent and impartial judiciary a draft of the new Judicial Authority Bill.
– I participated in the transitional justice conferences (the first and the second), and I was part of the constitutional and legal committee.
– Participated in a conference to study the economic situation and reconstruction of Syria in Gaziantep and many conferences related to the Syrian revolution.
– An Expert in international law, international conventions, international humanitarian law and human rights.
– On 7/3/2015 I became deputy head of the Free National Assembly for workers in Syrian state institutions.
– On 10/2/2016, I participated in several workshops in Gaziantep on the electoral and constitutional systems for the transitional period with the government organization Avis under the auspices of the Free National Assembly.
– I participated with the High Commission for the First Negotiations from its beginnings, as I was among those who were trained, starting in Riyadh for the negotiation process.
– I was a member of the advisory delegation to the High Commission for First Negotiations in all negotiating rounds.
– I participated in the development of many files of the High Negotiation Committee and the workshops it held, including a workshop in Lausanne sponsored by The European Union on systems of governance and issues related to Syrian state institutions.
– I was a member of the technical delegation of the High Negotiations Committee.

– I was a member of the technical delegation of the High Negotiations Committee.

– Founding member of the Syrian Lawyers Board in the fourth month in 2018 with a group of lawyers and becoming head
by consensus, in order to follow up on the so-called Law 10 and its amendments, and legally refute them, and to correspond with international bodies and the mobilization to stop their implementation, preventing demographic change through projects implemented by Iranian and Russian companies, under the cover of companies affiliated with Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
And follow up on the Syrian legal file and its developments, and the decrees and laws issued by the Bashar regime.
